It looks great. I try to avoid leather cases as it is unlikely that they will stand up to what I put my knives through. Most sheaths are worn on the outside of my gear at work. I think you did a great job on the stitching and the detail around the flap.

It might be an idea to save them for another project. Unless there is something special about the the scales and razor, like original to a particularly special razor, it’s easier to make new ones. Easy for me to say, I haven’t been in the shop for a long time. Soon I hope.
