I just did a video call with my 4 and 10 year old granddaughters putting dry ice and then soap in their little sisters pool.

A great time! I hope that they keep up this way of thinking and learning while having fun.

Maybe adults should let go their concerns and learn to play like kids for a while.
And if we followed them around and did [or at lest tried to] do what they do we wouldn't be on average so fat and out of shape.

If the human race continued to learn at the rate that we do in the first few years can you imagine how we would be if we lived to be 100?

So true, and if we were able to feel our environment and situations as we did then, how much better would be our world! JMHO

I do pretty well with my grandkids. I often hear my daughter quietly tell my grand daughter "You let Grandpa sleep, you wore him out." To which she replies, "He's not sleeping..."

As to the capacity to learn, I'm not Bruno but there have been a couple occasions where I was worried his head was going to explode. Now I've just enjoyed watching him absorb everything in three rooms while still keeping a piece of steel hot and forging.

My middle age neighbour that lives alone, often play with bubble in her yard on nice days. She always looks like she is having a great time. No there isn’t anything wrong with her. She is just freely playing in the sun.

The real trick to making bubbles is getting the soap solution ratio correct. That makes it easy to turn bubbles into a science experiment for the older kids and real magic for the little ones, or those with a child-like mind.

I did a lot of bubble play when the kids were young.
we did quite a bit of bubble liquid making too. It’s been a while.

Had my feedback conversation with the Japanese teacher. I passed top of the class. She asked if i wasn't bored during class i said no. By being ahead by a year, i only had to show up in class and worry about conversation and listening comprehension.

I maintained my head start of course but at least i did it at my own schedule and i could cruise through the year. I told her i am going to finish next years material before holiday is over. She told me that if i wanted she could move me to 3d year if inwanted to take the test, but after hearing my explanation she thought i probably would not want that.

I said no, i want to stay far ahead of class and maintain that advantage and cruise through without stress or pressure. :)

I laugh at how people draw lines. Some random like rivers and others not random like latitude and longitude.

Then when a storm comes they draw the warnings along those lines.

Not only storm lines but reactions follow preconceptions or freethought. . . .JMHO
