For fathers day my son got me a pork belly. It isn't cured so techinically isn't bacon but I thought Bruno the Bacon Baron might like this..........

This is just starting and I am over 4 hours in now.

At the company BBQ they had this last week. After most of the people had gone back for seconds and the lines had gone, I went back to the grill master and asked if I could just have a plate full of pork belly cubes without anything else. The guy was so nice he went back to the smoker and got me several large scoops of sizzling ones.
My colleagues looked at me a bit funny but it was sooooooooo good!

Thanks. This amounts to almost a pound of raw salmon, almost a pound of raw tuna, 1.2 pounds of rice, and various misc ingredients.

I went to take a picture of the pork butts I have in the smoker now but it said that my battery was exhausted.

Oh well I hope you believe me without pictures.

I hope they are not done to early tomorrow morning!

Comfort food from my youth.
Pasta with tomato sauce that is basically bechamel with double concentrated tomato paste. With ground meat, mushroom and onion.

I like many different things, but overall, this would be my favorite 'kind' of meal. Stirfry vegetables with noodles and spicy chicken broth. I eat this at least once per week. Sometimes 2 or 3 times.
