At the company BBQ they had this last week. After most of the people had gone back for seconds and the lines had gone, I went back to the grill master and asked if I could just have a plate full of pork belly cubes without anything else. The guy was so nice he went back to the smoker and got me several large scoops of sizzling ones.For fathers day my son got me a pork belly. It isn't cured so techinically isn't bacon but I thought Bruno the Bacon Baron might like this..........
This is just starting and I am over 4 hours in now.
