Yeah, I was going back and forth on the time I was spending building it instead of just working on the razors, but now that it is done I'm really happy with the time invested. I'm sure that I will find many uses for it that I haven't even thought of.That looks like a real timesaver. Esp if you can do several razors one after the other

Yes, the differences in that direction are not problematic at all. I was just making the point that it is not like a machine tool.That makes sense belt wear and cutting degradation can be very location specific in the width direction. I assume that any offsets are well within tolerance for pots ht cleanup?
